Welcome to Solé Salon and Spa. Honored in being a part of the Aveda lifestyle business network, we maintain Aveda’s vision while building upon our own local brand. Foremost, our entire Solé team is trained in a supportive and team friendly atmosphere.

When you’re ready to make your first appointment with us, our front desk team will offer the best selection to pair you with a stylist or esthetician based on your beauty needs. In a future visit with us, feel free to try any one of our stylists or estheticans in our non-competitive salon & spa environment. Alongside offering high quality service, our intention is that your time with us is truly relaxing, fun and memorable.

Payment Methods:

We accept cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for payment of services.

Gratuities:

If you choose to leave a gratuity, it may be done so in the form of a personal check or cash. Please be advised that our merchant credit card system does not have the ability to accept gratuities. Note: there are several ATM’s located within the Bay Street shopping area for your convenience.

Cancellations:

Solé Salon has a no-show or last minute cancellation policy fee. If you need to cancel or change your appointment for any reason, please inform us immediately so we may offer your appointment time to another client on our waiting list. Those, will be charged for the entire service if cancelled the day of, or the appointment is missed.

Solé Salon Environment:

In order to maintain a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for you, all of our clients and team, we respectfully request to turn cell phones off when entering the service area. It is essential that parents have child care arrangements made for small children on the day of service. Children over the age of 12 are welcome with a made appointment. Unfortunately, pets may not enter due to client allergies and sensitivities.

Solé Salon Guarantee:

Our team hopes you are extremely satisfied with any services received or products purchased. For services rendered, if not completely satisfied we guarantee a complimentary 14 day follow-up to address any concerns. Please contact the front desk to schedule a return visit. Products returned will only be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
